Evelyn was so amazing!! I called in a panic at 7:00pm, she told me she would call me back and let me know when to come. She gave us a 9:15pm appointment, on a Wednesday night!! She checked our whole family of 4 and did a full head treatment on my 7yo all within 1.5 hours. My 7yo has very long curly hair that goes down her entire back. Evelyn conquered it like a champ. She also made her feel so at ease. My daughter tends to be super anxious and Evelyn was very accommodating in just using words to describe her itchy head without using the word lice/bugs. Made what was a bad experience a lot better!! Thank you Evelyn!!

Amazing experience, I am pregnant and wanted something safe for me and baby. She was so kind and kid friendly. I would definitely go back if this ever happened again. Most important our head lice is gone!

Evalyn is absoluty incredible! She is patient and kind with young children, and equally as calming and reassuring with the parents! You can walk out worry free which is the best part. Save your money and stress on the over the counter stuff, I promise you it wont work. Just go see her! My only regret is not calling her sooner!

They did a great job! Professional, fair and thorough.

The lady’s are so nice, and informative. The place was very clean. It was like walking into a salon. Tvs at the stations for the kids to watch. All and all it was a pleasant visit, except for the lice.

Recently I went to Lice Lifters and met the most pleasant woman, Erin. Even though I did not need the lice removal treatment, Erin explained the non toxic process. The surrounding are clean, calming and inviting. I will definitely recommend Lice Lifters.

Lice Lifters is an amazing environment! Everyone is so nice and actually makes you feel comfortable. They are very gentle with hair and make sure not to rip it out. They give you tons of facts and ways to maintain it at home. Everyone is super helpful and nice and more people should come here!

April was very helpful and informative. She was great with my 6 year old. You can tell she genuinely cares and it comes out in the quality of work she does. Will definitely recommend anyone to go see her if they have to deal with the unfortunate/stressful situation of their child getting head lice.

Our house has battled the lice problem since October and it’s now February! So aggravating. So when the nurse from the school called and said my childhas to be picked up immediately as they’re a “Non bug” school, I had to book an appointment immediately! I looked around, called multiple places and found the one on Northlake to be the most reasonable, pricing and appointment wise. As soon as we walked in, the woman was so gracious and provided us hope. She sat us down, provided us refreshments and put on a movie for the little one to let the time pass. With this being our last resort, they have a guarantee the lice is 100% gone. We don’t have to bag up the stuffed animals, throw out hair brushes and combs or even get a haircut. After this we’re buying their store shampooo, mouse, and using peppermint on her hair daily because over the counter products 100% DO NOT WORK.. so grateful we found this place.

My experience at Lice Lifters was amazing! April was super knowledgeable and made the process super easy. My son was able to relax and watch a movie while being treated. Having lice can be annoying, but coming here made it so much better!

I met with April today and she is AMAZING! She put all my fears to rest. She THOROUGHLY checked my head and cleared me. I left with full knowledge on how to treat my daughter. I bought the supplies and heavy duty comb fully prepared to get rid of the lice once and for all. I will be returning for head checks, but also because April was so uplifting it will be enjoyable to see her again. I had a repetitive case of lice. Passing it back and forth through the family. Once we handled our lice with Lice Lifters I have not seen it since. The only thing I would change is how extremely pricey they are. Its not right to price something so needed so high. If the price point was lower they would have more visits. I had tons of moms wanting to go but once they found out the price thats the only thing that kept them.

Ive had a co parent issue for a year and a half. Nothing i do can fix it so i had to get the authorities involved. Worst nighmare ever. Went in there because of the way rubi talked me off a ledge on the phone and also when i went in, it was a calming and informative experience! Its always better to get a professional to give you documentation that its gone and have the other coparents do the same when your not the source of the lice. She even worked with me on the price and im forever greatful being a single dad with very little money and going thru this for over a year.$$$$$$$ just go into lice lifters and get it over with. Get your paperwork and show proof your doing the right thing… Thanks guys!!!

The staff at Lice Lifters are amazing and so knowledgeable and informative. The technician took the time to explain everything in detail to my 5 year old daughter so she wasn’t so freaked out about having to get a treatment done. I also loved that they have a process in place that ensures that my kids are Lice free even after we leave the salon. They definitely made the experience much less stressful than anticipated.

I just got head lice for the first time in my life and Lice Lifters got rid of my head lice! The best part was that everyone is so nice and the treatment was easy, I got to watch a movie while they did it! Thanks Lice Lifters!

I had a great experience with the gardens lice lifters. The people are great there, we had Rubi helping us and she was amazing and so very sweet with my girls. The products are great and we are lice free;-) I definitely would recommend going here.
